A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. We would happily recommend Jayde and am thankful to her for the whole process.

Nora dedicated time and efforts to find the apartment of our dreams. We have been living in HK for almost 10 years and thought we had seen everything in the market but she did manage to find a property that was new and fit both my criteria and my wife’s! Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person.
